The AI Readiness Diagnostic

Privacy

Effective date: 16 July 2026

EQUIP is a diagnostic tool published by Indigo Research. This page explains what the tool does and does not do with your data. It is written to be read, not to be dense.

Taking the diagnostic on your own

When you take EQUIP by yourself, nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere. Your ratings and your result live only in your browser and are gone when you close the tab. The shareable result link encodes your scores in the address itself, so it works without any data being held on our side.

Taking the diagnostic in a facilitated session

If you join a session with a code from a facilitator, your completed answers and the group you selected are sent to our server so the facilitator can see the group’s combined picture. This is the one case where EQUIP stores what you enter.

We do not ask for or store your name, email address, or any other personal detail. A stored response is a set of twenty ratings and a group label, nothing that identifies you as an individual.

How long it is kept

Session data is kept until the facilitator deletes the session. Deleting a session removes its responses permanently. We do not use session data for any purpose other than showing the facilitator the results of their own session.

Cookies

Participants are not given any tracking cookies. Facilitators who sign in to the admin view receive a single sign-in cookie so they stay logged in; it holds no personal information and expires on its own.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, except where you have given explicit consent, where it is required by law or a regulatory authority, or where it is necessary to fulfil a contractual obligation.

Security

We apply organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect the limited data described above, including encrypted connections and restricted access to the server that holds session data.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data that concerns you, and you may raise a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Because session responses are anonymous, we may need the session code and your group to locate a specific set of answers.
